2.1. Booking Process
Customers may book skip hire services through our online platform or by contacting our customer service team. Upon confirmation of the booking, customers will receive a rental agreement outlining the terms of service.
2.2. Delivery and Placement
We strive to deliver skips promptly on the agreed-upon date. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location complies with local regulations and is accessible for placement of the skip.
3. Payment Terms
All fees for skip hire services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.
3.1. Late Payment
Any overdue payments may result in additional charges and could affect the continuation of services. The Customer agrees to settle all invoices within the specified payment period.
4. Usage Guidelines
Customers must adhere to the following guidelines when using our skip hire services:
- Only non-hazardous waste is permitted.
- Prohibited items include asbestos, tires, batteries, and anyflammable materials.
- Skip bins must not be used for the disposal of household appliances unless specifically allowed.
- Customers must not overload the skip beyond its maximum capacity.
4.1. Waste Disposal
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all waste placed in the skip complies with local waste disposal regulations. Unauthorized or hazardous waste will be removed at the Customer's expense.
5. Liability
Dulwich Skip Hire is not liable for any damage to property or injury resulting from the placement and use of the skip. Customers must ensure that the skip is placed in a safe and suitable location.
5.1. Insurance
While we maintain public liability insurance, it is recommended that customers verify their own insurance coverage regarding any potential damage or injury related to skip placement.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Customers may cancel their booking by providing written notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
6.1. Termination by Company
The Company reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the Customer breaches any of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, any outstanding fees become immediately due.
7. Amendments to Terms
Dulwich Skip Hire may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.1. Interpretation
The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Dulwich Skip Hire regarding the use of our services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
12.1. Amendments
Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be effective.
13. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dulwich Skip Hire, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Customer's use of the skip hire service.
13.1. Breach of Terms
In the event of a breach of these Terms by the Customer, the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and damages incurred by the Company as a result.

Customers are encouraged to provide feedback regarding our services. Any complaints should be made in writing and will be addressed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

16. Assignment
